Interior detailing is our meticulous process of transforming your vehicle's interior to pristine condition. While we offer multiple different levels of interior detailing, our most in-depth package is the best way to restore your vehicle. During this process, we start by thoroughly vacuuming all surfaces, including carpets, seats, and mats to remove all dirt and debris. We then use specialized tools and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to clean leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces, restoring them to their original shine. We also focus on the hard-to-reach areas such as air vents, dashboard and door panel crevices, in-between the seat and center console, and underneath the seats. For fabric, we use specialized cleaning solutions to penetrate deep into the fibers and remove dirt, stains, odors, and allergens, making a fresh atmosphere inside your car.

Hand Washing:

Why is hand washing so important? Most car washes neglect the hand washing stage, which is what removes most of the traffic film off the vehicle's paint. However, it also minimizes scratches and swirl marks produced by standard car washes. How? Most car washes do not clean or replace the brushes often enough, which means dirt and debris are stuck in the brushes and inevitably get pulled along the surface of your vehicle's paint, resulting in scratches. When we wash a vehicle, we do not reuse any dirty wash mitts or towels between two different cars.

Paint Decontamination:

There are two main categories of paint decontamination: iron decontamination and clay bar decontamination. An iron decontamination uses a specialized product to dissolve iron particles embedded in the paint that won't come off in the hand wash, while still being safe on the paint. After that, is the clay bar decontamination. Besides the iron decon, there are other particles of debris that get embedded in the paint that won't be removed by a standard hand wash, which is where the clay bar comes in. It glides over the surface of the paint, removing these particles. Both of these services are crucial for prepping the paint and bringing back shine.

Paint correction is the meticulous process of restoring a vehicle's paint to bring back it's shine and deep color. This process involves removing surface imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. Paint correction uses specialized compounds and polishes to remove a thin layer of the paint's clear coat, revealing the brand new and smooth surface below. This process can range from a one-step correction to a multi-step correction, which can take 4-8 hours or even more than 12 hours depending on the condition.

There are multiple different types of protective coatings. Ceramic coatings are the most common, and the one that most people are aware of. At RideRevive Auto Care, we use a more durable and highly specialized coating called a Nanodiamond Coating.
